What ages correlate to Infant/Toddler, Pre-school, Transition and School Age?

Infant - birth to approximately 18 months
Toddler - 18 months to approximately 2 years 9 months
Pre-school - 2 years 9 months - 5 years old
Transition - 5 years old (not yet in kindergarten)
School Age - In Kindergarten and up
